Our 296 Open Mouth Gag Head Harness is made with 5/6 oz soft pliable leather The leather is just the right thickness to be coffortable to wear for extended periods yet not have too much stretch in the straps. It comes Standard with a 1-1'2" inch inner diameter open mouth piece. The outer diameter is 1-7/8" This is the correct size for average male parts to fit through.
